1. Is this program really free?Yes, this program is free. We don't ask for anything in return for its use, beyond your comments and suggestions so that we can improve the next versions.
2. I got this program from another site that do not belong to Dynamis. What do I do?
Dynamis cannot be responsible by versions that are not hosted by our site. We recommend that you install an antivirus program, such as AVG that has a freeware version), and uninstall the previous version and download the official one from our site.
3. I found a bug in your program or a translation error. What should I do?
Please contact us through our site or through email. Send a brief description of the problem and if possible a case file on witch you were working on. We will contact you shortly.
4. Does Dynamis supply any training on using the program or combustion workshops?

5. Why can't I run more than one instance of the program?
This program uses a database, and therefore should more than one instance of the application run at the same time, the integrity of the data cannot be guaranteed. So it was decided that only one program can run on a computer.
6. The program does not run while [another_program_name] is running. What should I do?
As stated on the EULA.txt file, Dynamis does not supply a dedicated support service for this program. But contact us , with a description of the problem, computer configuration, and the name of the program in conflict, that we will try to help you the best way we can.
7. That's a cool splash screen picture. Where was it taken?
This photo shows a clinker kiln burner, developed by Dynamis. For confidentiality reasons, we cannot disclosure the name of the client, but we can assure you that they are very happy with the results! This picture appears in a purple-like shade because of the filter that was used, after all the flame temperature is about 2150°C, according to the program.
